Will call tickets may be picked up at the box office during regular box office hours. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser of the tickets with a valid photo I.D

Please review your ticket for event start and gate times.
Gates typically open one (1.5) hours before the scheduled event start time.
Bags are inspected upon entry of the venue.
Please note that bags larger than 5x7 are not allowed.
Clear bags are preferred

The show must go on bring an umbrella! The Dell Music Center is an outdoor venue. All events are held rain or shine, unless otherwise noted.

Bag Policy

For the safety and security of all guests, all bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

- Bags larger than 5" × 7" are not permitted.
- Clear bags measuring up to 12" × 12" are permitted.
- Guests arriving with a bag that exceeds the size limit will be required to return it to their vehicle. Bags that cannot be returned to a vehicle will not be permitted inside the venue.
- Medical and diaper bags may be permitted but are subject to security screening. Such bags must contain only medically necessary items, medications, medical equipment, diapers, wipes, and similar baby-care essentials.
- Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

The venue is located at 2400 Strawberry Mansion Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19132. Near the intersections Ridge Ave and Huntingdon Street.

Parking is free in the areas surrounding the venue. Parking attendants will provide direction in the parking areas. There is limited amount of ADA parking spaces in the parking areas near the entrance of the venue. This is offered on a first come first serve bases.

No outside food is permitted inside the venue, this includes bottled water. However we do offer a variety of food and snack options at our concession stands.

There will be first aid service at the far left side of the stage, across from seating section K. Our security and ushers are uniformed at all times.
