The Dell Music Center

The Dell seeks to provide a quality, affordable and multi-cultural experience for people of all ages throughout Philadelphia and the region, in a safe and environmentally friendly venue.

Visitor Information

Seating

This is a reserved seated venue with chairs setup. Lawn chairs may be brought in with customers that have purchased lawn seating only.

Parking

All parking is free of charge. There is parking in the areas surrounding the venue and limited handicap parking near the entrance of the venue. Parking attendants will provide direction in the parking areas.

Concessions

There are various concessions areas located throughout the venue selling hot food items such as fried fish, chicken wings, hamburgers, hot dogs, soda, water, beer & wine beverages and Rita's products. Outside food is not permitted (this includes bottled water).

Safety

The Dell security ushers, and ticket takers are uniformed at all times and are equipped with flashlights.

Search & Re-entry

Anyone entering the venue may be subjected to a physical search and/or metal detectors. Exit and Re-entry are not permitted.

Conduct

Guests interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the event may be subject to ejection. This includes foul or abusive language, inappropriate or unacceptable gestures, and guests appearing impaired.

Smoking

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, The Dell Music Center is a non-smoking facility. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted: cans, bottles (plastic or glass) alcoholic beverages, food, weapons, controlled substance, video, still cameras, audio recording devices, large bags or backpacks.

Vehicle Storage Notice

For the safety and security of all guests, we strongly discourage storing weapons, firearms, or other prohibited items in vehicles parked on venue property. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all items brought onto venue grounds comply with venue policies and applicable laws.

Individuals found in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry and subject to further action as deemed necessary by venue management and law enforcement.

Accessible by Public Transportation

Septa Bus #61 Stops in front of the venue.

Wheechair Accessible

The facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

Tickets Sold at the Event

Tickets will be available at the Box Office the day of the concert, unless the concert is sold out.

Will Call Tickets

Concert Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office during regular Box Office Hours. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser of the tickets with Valid Photo I.D.
