This is a reserved seated venue with chairs setup. Lawn chairs may be brought in with customers that have purchased lawn seating only.
All parking is free of charge. There is parking in the areas surrounding the venue and limited handicap parking near the entrance of the venue. Parking attendants will provide direction in the parking areas.
There are various concessions areas located throughout the venue selling hot food items such as fried fish, chicken wings, hamburgers, hot dogs, soda, water, beer & wine beverages and Rita's products. Outside food is not permitted (this includes bottled water).
The Dell security ushers, and ticket takers are uniformed at all times and are equipped with flashlights.
Anyone entering the venue may be subjected to a physical search and/or metal detectors. Exit and Re-entry are not permitted.
Guests interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the event may be subject to ejection. This includes foul or abusive language, inappropriate or unacceptable gestures, and guests appearing impaired.
For the comfort and convenience of our guests, The Dell Music Center is a non-smoking facility. This policy will be strictly enforced.
The following items are not permitted: cans, bottles (plastic or glass) alcoholic beverages, food, weapons, controlled substance, video, still cameras, audio recording devices, large bags or backpacks.

The facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
Tickets will be available at the Box Office the day of the concert, unless the concert is sold out.
Concert Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office during regular Box Office Hours. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser of the tickets with Valid Photo I.D.
