Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing service for The Dell Music Center. Tickets being held for customers at our Will Call Window will be available for pick up beginning four hours prior to a show. Customers will be required to present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase their tickets when picking up tickets.
Complimentary tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call Window beginning four hours prior to the show. Guest will be required to present a photo ID when picking up their tickets. If tickets need to be picked up earlier, arrangement must be made in advance via the Venue Management.
The use of The Dell Box Office is required at an additional cost, unless otherwise approved at the discretion of the Dell management. This is to provide accurate control of receipts and maximum service to patrons. Any consignment of tickets must be approved in advance by The Dell Music Center Management.
The Dell Management shall have complete custody and control of all monies received from the sale of tickets for the purpose of applying toward payments of any balance for rent or other fees due. All money received from ticket sales shall be deemed held in trust by the City of Philadelphia, Parks & Recreation as a bailment for the benefit of ticket purchasers. At no time will tickets be placed on sale unless a contract is signed and record of deposit is on file. At no time will The Dell release ticket funds in advance to Promoters.
Settlement
The Dell will provide a box office statement and settlement of all monies owed upon closing the Box Office after your final performance or event. You will be paid the net proceeds due from ticket receipts, less any amounts for event expenses, no later than two weeks after the event.
