Stage:  The surface of the stage is painted with a Terralite Epoxy paint and dark gray in color. The stage measures 56’6 in width and a depth of 45′. Items may not be nailed into the stage surface. Access to the stage may be gained from the second floor house and stage right from the venue.

Labor: Performance and events require union stage labor, front of house staff, event management, security and custodial and engineering services. Creating an estimate requires knowing the exact nature of the performance or event, including its timeline, complete technical needs, expected guest count and desired audience services. All stage labor are members of I.A.T.S.E. Local 8.

Load-In/Out Capabilities:

  • Roll-up door located in parking lot A

Backline: Promoters are responsible for rental of backline equipment.


 

Equipment

The Dell sound, lighting and video equipment will be operated by or under the supervision of our technical staff. Rented equipment must be delivered and picked up on the day of the event, unless you receive prior permission from Dell management.

Sound Package

Front of House and Sound booth are located in the center of the venue between sections G and H. The sound system package is listed below:

Subcontractors and Vendors (Catering, Decorating, Entertainment)

You will be require to provide name, addresses and contact information for any and all subcontractors and/or vendors you intend to use for your event and obtain approval for use of such subcontractors and/or vendors from the Dell before they will be allowed to perform services or provide and install equipment.
