General fixed seating is made up of plastic molded backs and bottoms. Suite boxes are equipped with portable chairs with molded backs and bottoms with metal arms.
The dressing rooms are located in the stage building on the second floor. Each air conditioned dressing room is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a lighted vanity table with wall to wall mirrors. The venue has 2 headline suites, 2 double band suites and 4 background singer / dance rooms. All dressing rooms may be secured with keys. Keys for each room may be checked out through the Operations Manager. All persons who sign out keys will be responsible for return at the conclusion of the event.
All parking is free of charge. There are 2 parking lots available for VIP and show production use. Parking lot A has 40 spots and lot B has 20 spots and parking passes will be used for entrance. Parking in the area directly in front of the venue is reserved for handicap parking on a first come first serve basis.
The Dell Music Center has a full-service air conditioned dining area with the ability to serve 60 people banquet style. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and an electric stove. A 500-pound ice maker is located just outside the dining room area. Dining room servers are available for an additional charge. Catering is at the expense of the promoter. Please contact your Event Manager for referrals for catering.
Meeting Room / Production Office
The venue has a meeting room attached to the artist dining room. This room is equipped with dry erase boards, flip charts, tables and chairs.
All sales of event related merchandise will be controlled by The Dell Music Center, and a percentage of net merchandise / novelty sales will be retained. There are several merchandising points located in the venue. Please contact venue management for details.
The Dell Music Center has a contract with an exclusive concessions provider. There are various concession areas located throughout the venue.
The Dell owns signage rights inside and outside the venue. Any advertising of signs or banners, renters would like to display must be pre-approved by the Dell management and percentage of sponsorship agreed upon.
All forms of advertisement (including, but not limited to print, radio, television, or the internet) for your event must be approved by the Dell management.
Special Event Representative
Upon execution of the license agreement for your event, The Dell will assign Event Support Staff to work with you on event planning and implementation. This representative will contact you as soon as assigned and will remain your primary liaison through the conclusion of your event and settlement. The major function of the Special Event Representative is to gather all event information and disseminate that information to our in-house operating departments. These departments include operations, police and security, housekeeping, concessions, merchandising, box office and other agencies as needed.
